2. Services Provided

We offer a range of financial services, including but not limited to accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, income tax return filing, GST return filing, company formation, and related consulting services. Services are subject to availability.

3. Confidentiality and Data Security

4. User Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that all information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date. Saiph Business Solutions LLP will not be responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data provided by clients.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Invoices will specify the due date, and late payments may attract penalties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Saiph Business Solutions LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse services to clients violating these terms or engaging in unlawful activities.

8. Amendments

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malappuram, Kerala.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

  • Services not initiated due to unavoidable circumstances on our part.
  • Errors or failures in delivering promised deliverables, which are verified and acknowledged by us.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • GST return filing, income tax filing, or other compliance services once initiated.
  • Fees paid for consultations or advisory services.

3. Cancellation Policy

- Clients may request cancellation of services within 24 hours of placing the order or agreement.
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to consult@saiph.co.in or by contacting us at +91 9400319667 / +91 9645695814.
- Cancellations for ongoing or completed services will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the client.

5. Service Disputes

Any disputes regarding services must be raised within 7 days of service completion. Disputes will be resolved based on documentation and communication exchanged during the engagement.
